Your order will be cancelled if you don’t response or receive your product within three days. Please note that, we pack and dispatch your order immediately after getting order confirmation from you. So, we humbly request you to cancel your order within stipulated time frame. 

Return & Refund Policy

SHOPe offers 7 days FREE Return & 100% Refund (product price & delivery charge) as additional advantages for you. You can return, if 

  • The product is damaged or broken
  • Differ from product specifications
  • The product is defective or not satisfactory

Your valid Replacement, Exchange & Refund is GUARANTEED. If we fail to replace, exchange or refund timely against your valid return, you will receive BDT 100 discount during your next purchase. This guarantee will become invalid, if the return is not valid, if we miss our promised Replacement, Exchange & Refund due to misinformation and rescheduled by customer.

Please check and return (if required) the product(s) against above stated reasons to our representative during delivery time. You can return through calling at 01714070709 within following 7 days after receiving your order. 

If the product is lost during delivery, you can get a replacement (subject to availability), exchange or full refund.

If you want FREE REPLACEMENT against your return, you will receive new product (same as ordered product) within three days after making return request. Replaced new product will be delivered to you at the pick-up time of return product. Replacement is subject to availability of same product. If the product is unavailable, you can exchange with any other product available at SHOPe or you can receive full refund.

If you want FREE EXCHANGE against your return, you can choose any other product from SHOPe and you will receive the exchanged product within three days after making exchange request. Exchanged product will be delivered to you at the pick-up time of return product.

If new product’s price is lower than returned product, we will refund remaining amount in cash to you at the time of exchanged product delivery or we will refund within three working days through respective mobile payment platform i.e. bKash. Bank transfer etc.

If new product’s price is higher than returned product, you can pay additional amount in cash to our delivery representative at the time of exchanged product delivery or you can pay during return request through other acceptable platform i.e. bKash, Bank transfer etc.

If you want 100% REFUND against your return, we will give 100% money refund in cash at the time of product pick-up or refund within three working days. If the refund is proceeded through respective online platform i.e. bKash, SHOPe will refund within 3 working days after return. In case of payment through banking channel i.e. card, internet banking etc. refund time may be prolonged due to banking formalities.

Conditions:

  • You can return your product withing 7 days.
  • Product(s) that you want to return must contain original tag(s), packing, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, accessories and should not be used, burnt, broken, tampered, changed etc.
  • If payment method is Cash on Delivery, Please don’t pay if the product is returned.
  • All refund will be executed in BDT.
  • Products which were sold as sets, customer can’t return/ replace/ exchange or refund any single item. He/she have to return the total set.
  • For pick-up of return product, we will make maximum two attempts. If you fail to handover the products, we will cancel your request for return, replacement, exchange or refund.
  • Color mismatch must be significant; same shade will not be considered as valid return reason
  • Customer has to provide order ID for return, Order ID is available in invoice or SHOPe website.
  • Customer should return the product to the delivery representative if the delivered product is opened or unsealed. We request customer to inform this type of event to us at 01714 070709 and admin@shope.com.bd
  • SHOPe will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged on customer’s custody.
  • Customized or personalized products are ineligible for return.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on product page are not eligible for return and replacement/ exchange/ refund.
  • Replacement/ exchange/ refund is subject to inspection and checking by SHOPe team. If a product is returned in inadequate condition, SHOPe reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • In case of paid order, SHOPe cannot be held liable if customer does not receive product and doesn’t claim refund within one months from order confirmation.
  • If one purchase more than one product then he/she will get replacement/ exchange/ refund against returned product only.

Q. How can I return product?

A. You can return product to our representative for FREE during delivery time. You can make a return request through calling at 01714 070709, we will deliver new product within three days (starts from return) against your valid return. We will collect return product from you at the time of replaced or exchanged product delivery. In case of refund, we will pay refund in cash during pick-up of returned product or proceed through respective online platform i.e. bKash, SHOPe will refund within 3 working days after return. In case of payment through banking channel i.e. card, internet banking etc. refund time may be prolonged due to banking formalities.

Q. My product is not the same or specifications are different as I ordered. What should I do?

A. If the product is not the same as you ordered, you can return the product to delivery representative. You may make a return / refund request through our website or call / SMS at 01714070709 or request a call through our website. We will scrutinize your request and get back to you within the 48 hours after return request. We will deliver new product (replacement) to you within three days after confirming your return. If the product is unavailable to us you may purchase other product (exchange) from us or take 100% refund. In case of refund, SHOPe will refund within 3 working days after return. In case of payment through banking channel i.e. card, internet banking etc. refund time may be prolonged due to banking formalities.

Q. Once your returned product is received by SHOPe, what are the checks being done?

A. Once your returned product is received, your product will be checked by our Quality Control team. We will test whether the product(s) meets any reason for return and the returned product(s) contains original tag(s), packing, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories. We also check whether the product is been used, burnt, broken, tampered and have any flaws. SHOPe’s decision will be final, In case of any disagreement and ambiguity. 

Q. How can I know, if my returned product is not valid for return?

A. If your return is invalid, then we will communicate you to explain the issue over phone or mail and send the item back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the product.

Q. Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

A. Yes. You can return the product (except products, those are marked as ineligible for return).

Q. What if I want to return or exchange the product after expiry of return period/ seven days?

A. Return option will be expired after seven days from delivery. In the event of failing to return, we do not accept return, replacement, exchange or refund.
